Dr. Saleemul Huq
Chairman ,BCAS

Dr. Saleemul Huq is the Chairman  of Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies (BCAS) which is the major non government research and policy institute working on environment and development related issues in Bangladesh. He is a leading environmental planner at national and international level having worked for numerous international agencies on global environmental issues. He has advised national government planners and international funding agencies on environment and climate change programmes. Currently with the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), in charge of the climate change programme.
