Narsingdi District Objectives :The objective of this study is was to assess the acceptability of SPV systems to the recipients in respect of workability, advantage and disadvantages. Methods and Tools: This study was conducted using 3 types of questionnaires. The first one for those who have been using the solar system for at least two years, the second one for those who had previously taken the systems and the third one for all the neighours who did not take any solar system. Indepth – interviews were conducted to get people’s understand and priority and reaction about SPV. Professionals Involved :
Results/Output :Study results show that correctly designed solar pv systems have proven beneficial to the recipients in respect to pollution free improved light, improvement of living standard, enhancement of social status, improvement of attentiveness of children towards studies, increase of working hours of women, enhancement of security etc. For Further Information : Dr. M.
