Project Description : Holding of three major regional workshops in Africa, Latin America and Asia bringing together government, NGOs, researchers and private sector representatives to discuss ongoing practices to reduce Greenhouse gas emissions. Results of the three regional workshops were produced in a report and presented at a major workshop held in Kyoto, Japan during the third conference of parties of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in December 1997.
