About the Book

The Project Implementation Plan (PIP) was developed using the Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) which sets out the benchmarks and indicators against which the outputs can be measured. The PIP is considered as a living document and has been updated a number of times keeping the original objectives and evolving for changing situations after repeatedly examining the existing variables, project approaches, methods, activities considered, implementation schedule and experiences gathered from the field. The document contains a model (PIP) for one haor and one floodplain sities as representatives of two ecosystems covered under the two SEMP components.
