About the Book

The National Environment Management Action Plan (NEMAP) was developed by the Ministry of Environment and Forests with inputs from all sectors of the people including non-government organizations, academics, pa rliamentarians, lawyers, journalists and grassroots men and women under the leadership of Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies (BCAS). The document has incorporated views and suggestions of workshop organized at grassroots level in twenty-three agro-ecological zones and six regional and a national workshops. This document helps different government and non-government organizations to make environmental plan and better management.
